2. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and ROI, excluding employees of the Promoters or its holding or subsidiary companies, agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
   
   
3. Please note that while the Promoters wish to encourage participation and for entrants enjoy the benefits of the Promotion, the Promoters believe in responsible consumption of their products. Please do not purchase more product than that is reasonable simply to participate in this Promotion.
   
   
4. Purchase of a Promotional Product from a participating store which is displaying the point of sale is necessary. 

1. Entrants must retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this will be required for for entry to Promotion, validation and in order for any Winner to receive a Prize.

1. Promotion Period: The Promotion Period shall commence from 12:00 BST on the 10th January 2024 and shall run until 11.59 BST on the 10th May 2024

1. Promotion Entry:

To enter the Promotion, individuals must:

(a) must purchase a qualifying Promotional Product;

(b) scan the QR code on the side of the pizza box;

(c) accept the relevant Cookies Policy;

(d) confirm their location (whether based in the UK or ROI);

(e)enter in the final five digits of their receipt code, or the time, date and receipt value

(f)‘click’ the pizza box logo to see if they have won a Prize.

1. Promotional Prizes:

Each winning entry shall win a maximum of 1 (one) of the following items:

:a) ‘Win a free pizza for a year’ (i.e., win 1 pizza a week for 52 weeks redeemable at participating stores) (maximum available in UK: 312 prizes and maximum available in Ireland: 104 prizes); or

1. b) 1 free qualifying Goodfella’s pizza (redeemable at selected retailers) (maximum available in UK: 19,500 prizes and maximum available in Ireland: 4000 prizes); or
2. c)€/£1 off a qualifying Goodfella’s pizza coupon (maximum available in UK: 16,800 prizes and maximum available in Ireland: 10,500 prizes); or
3. d) 50p/c off a qualifying Goodfella’s pizza coupon (maximum available in UK: 40,000 prizes and maximum available in Ireland: 10,000 prizes); or
4. e) €/£1000 love2shop shopping voucher (maximum available in UK: 10 prizes and maximum available in Ireland: 2 prizes); or
5. f)€/£25 entertainment voucher (redeemable with either Netflix, Amazon or iTunes) (maximum available in UK: 58 prizes and maximum available in Ireland: 14 prizes); or
6. g) €/£10 love2shop shopping voucher (maximum available in UK: 800 prizes and maximum available in Ireland: 200 prizes)

together the items above shall be referred to as the “Prizes” and each refers to a “Prize”

A maximum of 1 (one) entry is permitted per eligible receipt and only 1 (one) Prize can be won per qualifying receipt. Once a Prize has been associated with a qualifying receipt, no further Prizes can be won or associated with that receipt,

This is a dynamic prize pot and whilst the overall prizes will not be less than the total stated, more prizes maybe added at any time, the volume currently allocated to the UK and ROI may also change as the campaign progresses

1. Total Prize Availability: There will be a maximum of 101,892 eligible Winners.

12: Prize fulfilment: All Prizes will be fulfilled digitally therefore no physical Prize will be sent to any Winner.

1. Prize Winners: Valid and eligible entries made during the Promotion Period may be randomly selected and allocated a Prize and winning entrants shall be referred to as a “Winner”.

 Whether or not an entry is allocated a Prize or not shall be determined and be dependent on the date and time an entry is made. For total confidence, Prizes are randomly allocated to time slots during the Promotion period via an independent, random winner generator which is built into the Promotion’s game. As the allocated time slot passes each prize rolls over until claimed.

1. Winner Notification: Entrants to the Promotion will be alerted immediately on screen if they have won and if so, which Prize they have. Winners will be requested to provide their valid email address to the Promoters for fulfilment of the Prize.

In the unlikely event an individual is alerted that they have won a Prize but a Promoter subsequently finds (at its sole discretion) that a qualifying purchase of a Promotional Product has not taken place or the receipt that has been uploaded by the entrant pursuant to paragraph 9 is invalid, fraudulent or fake, the Promoters retain the right to refuse to provide a Prize to this individual at no liability to the Promoters.

Redeemable product coupons; All Prizes which include a coupon can only be redeemed in selected Tesco stores against any Goodfella’s Pizza to the value stated on the coupon. Only one (1) coupon may be used per product purchased. May not be used in conjunction with another coupon. May not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred or auctioned. Some Tesco stores may not allow coupons to be redeemed at self checkouts without manual intervention from the cashier. If in doubt please check at Customer Services in store.

Coupon:

1. A winning Prize which includes a coupon is valid against any Goodfella’s Pizza up to the value of £4.50/€6.50
2. Coupons are only available for redemption in selected Tesco stores
3. Last date for activation is 17/05/2024.
4. Once the link is activated, there will be a maximum time limit of 30 (thirty) minutes for redemption.
5. Only one (1) coupon may be used per transaction.
6. May not be used in conjunction with another coupon.
7. May not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred or auctioned.
8. Retailers may not allow coupons to be redeemed at Self Checkouts without manual intervention from the cashier.

Shopping vouchers; Any Prize Winner of the Love to Shop and entertainment vouchers will be validated via email within 72 (seventy-two) hours of the initial prize claim/qualifying Winner confirming their email address (as per paragraph 14 above).

1. Prize Acceptance (Shopping Vouchers): Prize fulfilment will be 10 (ten) working days following successful validation. For the £1000 prize the winner must also provide evidence face to face (via online meeting) to confirm their identify (eg driving license/passport) if the prize winner is under 18 then this must be confirmed by a person who is 18+. 

Winners may have to verify their email by responding to the Promoters’ email within 10 (ten) working days if requested, in the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 28 (twenty-eight) days of the date of claim, the Winner(s) will have a further 28 (twenty-eight) days to inform the Promoter by emailing support@unboxpizzanight.com. If the Winner does not do so, the Promoters reserve the right to not issue the Prize to said Winner or to limit the Prize value at its sole discretion. All Prizes not verified by a Winner within 10 (ten) working days of a winning claim will be redrawn and redistributed. The Promoters do not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take up their prize and reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected pursuant to clause 9.

1. Promotion Moderation: The Promoters seek to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse, fraud and cheating. If an entrant submits an entry to the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, such entries (and any entries made with associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoters reserve the right to bar such individuals from entering future promotions of the Promoters and for this reason, the Promoters reserve the right at any point to:

1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information the Promoters consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry to the Promotion or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for Text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
6. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not fully meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Personal Data: By entering into the Promotion, entrants agree that any personal information both provided and collected will only be used by the Promoters and its associated parties including but not limited to any agency for administrative or operational reasons connected with the Promotion. Any personal information will be retained for 4 (four) months from the closing date to enable the Promoters to complete administration of the Promotion and to comply with its obligations under the Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code.

1. Prize transfer or exchange: The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any Prize is not available, the Promoters reserve the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.

1. Compliance: If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or invalidate any affected entries and/or to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.

1. Limitation of liability: The Promoters and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoters’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

It is acknowledged that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third-party including but not limited to love2shop, Netflix, Apple or Amazon.

The Promoters shall bare no responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt. The Promoters do not guarantee continuous or secure access to the microsite.

1. Data Protection: All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoters and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not unlawfully be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless positive consent has been obtained. Any personal data will be used and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s respective Privacy Policy, available at:

1. Force Majeure: The Promoters will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoters.

1. Validity: If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

1. Verification: The Promoters may require any entrant or Winner(s) to provide verification and proof of age, identity and address as may be reasonably required before any Prizes are awarded.
   
   
   
2. Conflict: If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

1. Promoter’s final decision: The decisions of the Promoters are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. Advertisement: Subject to Winner(s) consent, the Promoters may use the Winner’s name, image, town or country of residence to announce the Winner of the Promotion and for any other reasonably related promotional purposes or to indicate a valid award took such place.

For the avoidance of doubt the Promoters must still provide the information and details of any Winner(s) to the Advertising Standards Authority and any other regulatory or legal body upon reasonable request.

It is the responsibility of an entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of a Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoters shall not be held responsible for Winner(s) failure to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of a Prize.28. Agreement: Upon entry of the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoters. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

HOW DO WE USE THIS INFORMATION?

• To comply with our legal obligations Any information referred to above in section ‘What information do we collect?' may be used to maintain appropriate business records, to comply with lawful requests by public authorities and to comply with applicable laws and regulations or as otherwise required by law.

WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH?

We share your Personal Data with the following parties:

• Data controllers within the Nomad Foods Group.Your Personal Data will be shared with other Nomad Foods Group companies (please see here for more information) that may also use your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy. 

• Service Providers and Processors.We engage third party vendors, from time to time, including:
• Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or to provide services on our behalf;
• Advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant advertisements to you and others. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers but we will provide them with aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, women in SW1). We may make use of the Personal Data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience;
• Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website.

In providing their services, the third party vendors will access, receive, maintain or otherwise process Personal Data on our behalf. Right to access your Personal Data - You have the right to request access to any of your Personal Data that we may hold and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

Right to correct your Personal Data – You have the right to have any incomplete or inaccurate Personal Data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.

Right to deletion of your Personal Data – You have the right to ask us to delete or remove Personal Data where there is no good reason for us to continue to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your Personal Data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below). Please note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of deletion for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, when we reply to your request.

Right to restrict use of your Personal Data - You have the right to restrict our use of your Personal Data where (i) you contest the accuracy of the Personal Data; (ii) the use is unlawful but you do not want us to erase the data; (iii) we no longer need the Personal Data for the relevant purposes but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or (iv) you have objected to data use justified on our legitimate interests pending verification as to whether we have indeed compelling interests to continue the relevant data use.

Right to object - To the extent that we are relying on our legitimate interests to use your Personal Data, you have the right to object to such use and we must stop such processing unless we can either demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the use that override your rights and interests or where we need to process the data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Lodge a complaint - You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, if you consider that the collection and use of your Personal Data infringes this Privacy Policy or applicable law. We would however appreciate if you first try to address any issues with us directly.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Our website may, from time to time, contain links to and from third party websites such as the websites of our partner networks and customers (such as the retailers that sell our products), social media networks, advertisers and affiliates.
